Frisella Law is a commercial debt collection law firm. We have streamlined a successful collection process to work seamlessly with your internal management, financial or legal professionals. Your debtors will be contacted by a knowledgeable and experienced contract litigation attorney, never a collection agent or paralegal, greatly increasing your chances of early collection.
With our network of collection attorneys, we manage your collection case from start to finish in any state in the country saving you time from engaging and managing multiple law firms. And, unlike collection agencies, our fees do not increase throughout the process. With a proven B2B collection system and over 20 years of contract litigation experience, we have helped hundreds of companies improve their bottom line with minimal time and expense.
Most importantly, at Frisella Law, we understand the importance of your company’s reputation and approach your non-paying customers with honesty, respect and fair dealing.

Just The Facts
WHO DO WE SERVE?
Frisella Law specializes in commercial debt collections which means we help collect money owed from B2B and litigate business contract disputes.
WHAT IS OUR EXPERTISE?
We have 20 years of experience in commercial debt collection and contract litigation including SaaS, software, service, time & materials, employment and fee agreements, just to name a few.
WHERE CAN WE PRACTICE?
Utilizing a network of attorneys, we handle collection litigation throughout the US and eastern Canada allowing your company to streamline all collection accounts to one law firm. Our office is located 50 miles west of Boston.
WHEN SHOULD YOU SEND AN OUTSTANDING RECEIVABLE TO COLLECTIONS?
Your collection case can begin as soon as an account becomes delinquent or your contract has been breached. It does not have to wait until the end of your fiscal year. The sooner you get an attorney involved, the more likely you are to get paid. Contract statute of limitations varies from state-to-state ranging from 3 years (AK, DE, DC, NC, SC) to 10 years (IL, IA, KY, LA, MO, RI, WV, WY) for written contracts. That means you may have filed away delinquent accounts that are still collectable. (Certain types of contracts may effect S.O.L.)
WHY CHOOSE FRISELLA LAW?
When representing your company, we understand the importance of improving your bottom line without harming your reputation. This distinguishes Frisella Law from many other collection law firm and collection agencies.
HOW MUCH ARE THE LEGAL FEES?
Our fee is offered at 1/3 contingency – no more, no less. No hourly rates, no surprise legal fees, no increase fees from state-to-state, no retainer. (Ask to see our Contingency Fee Agreement for full details.)
